Acupuncture Works for Back Pain

A recent article on the Huffington Post states that,

    “Fake acupuncture works nearly as well as the real thing for low back pain, and either kind performs much better than usual care, German researchers have found.”

It goes on to reveal that 47 percent of patients improved from the real acupuncture, and 44 percent improved from the sham acupuncture (gently needling non-acupuncture points without pistoning or spinning very), while onl7 27 percent improved from conventional methods.
